  • Full-time J ob Summary You will lead a restoration crew in performing remediation, demolition, and cleanup operations, ensuring quality and compliance with job specifications.
K ey Responsibilities Supervise technicians during field operations and ensure safe practices. Perform and document job site evaluations and moisture readings. Operate drying, extraction and cleaning equipment efficiently. Ensure the utmost care is taken to prevent secondary damage to homeowner's property during the demo process and any time entering the site for readings. Communicate project updates and material needs to Operations Manager verbally and written as needed . Ensure constant cleanliness and orderliness of job site and vehicle inventory. Track and collect ALL materials each day and collect ALL equipment upon completion of project. Perform each task to earn a high review of service to the customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent trade certifications preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record IICRC Certification

(Available at iicrc.org or other accredited sites) IICRC Certification ASD preferred. Hard-working, self-motivated, focused individual Good communication skills E xperience Required 3-5 years in restoration, construction, or related field with supervisory experience.
