Field Service Technician Water & Ice Woodhull Key Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain water filtration, reverse osmosis, and ice-making systems Perform on-site troubleshooting of water pressure, flow issues, leaks, and system malfunctions Diagnose and replace RO membranes, filters, pumps, valves, and related components Conduct basic plumbing tasks including connecting water lines, drains, and fittings Inspect systems to ensure proper operation, water quality, and compliance with company standards Perform routine preventative maintenance and system sanitization Accurately document service calls, repairs, and parts used Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation, maintenance needs, and recommendations Follow safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school. High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of Field Service Technician in Water & Ice work experience desired.
