Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join a growing team supporting customers throughout the Tulsa area and surrounding regions. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, traveling to customer sites, and providing outstanding customer service. Experience with CNC equipment is preferred, but candidates with industrial maintenance or electromechanical repair experience are encouraged to apply. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in industrial maintenance, field service, CNC repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting preferred. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and service manuals. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in manufacturing environments. Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout the region. Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Travel to customer facilities to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair Haas CNC machines. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, alignments, and machine adjustments. Troubleshoot machine alarms, performance issues, and equipment failures using diagnostic software and service tools. Replace worn or defective machine components and verify proper operation after repairs. Utilize factory service manuals, diagnostic equipment, precision measuring tools, and technical resources. Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and maintenance documentation. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and equipment operation. Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle while traveling to customer locations. Follow all customer safety requirements and company safety policies. Participate in ongoing Haas Factory training, service updates, and certification programs. #INDT
