Reset Restoration is hiring experienced, dependable technicians for our growing Contents and Cleaning Department. This is a hands-on position involving packing, moving, inventorying, cleaning, storing, and returning customer belongings following water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. We are looking for people who already have experience in contents restoration, professional cleaning, moving, packing, warehouse inventory, furniture delivery, or post-construction cleaning. You will work under an experienced Contents Manager who will provide direction, training, and support. This is not a management position, but we expect technicians to work independently, follow established procedures, and take ownership of their work. What You'll Do Pack and move belongings from homes and businesses affected by property damage. Photograph, label, and inventory customer belongings using company software. Load and unload boxes, furniture, and household items. Clean and deodorize furniture, household goods, and salvageable contents. Perform detailed fire, smoke, and post-construction cleaning. Properly wrap and protect belongings during transportation and storage. Organize customer belongings in our warehouse and maintain accurate storage locations. Return, unpack, and reset belongings after property repairs are completed. Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and job sites. Communicate respectfully with customers experiencing a stressful situation. Report progress, damage, inventory concerns, and job-site issues to the Contents Manager. Work productively with other technicians and restoration team members. Required Experience Applicants must have at least one year of professional experience in one or more of the following: Contents restoration or pack-out services Residential or commercial cleaning Fire, smoke, or post-construction cleaning Moving, packing, or furniture delivery Warehouse inventory or material handling Restoration or property-recovery services Direct contents-restoration experience is strongly preferred and may qualify for a higher starting wage.
