Job Description
- Install, replace, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Perform workstation deployments, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements according to documented procedures.
- Stage and prepare computers, peripherals, and network equipment for deployment.
- Replace UPS batteries and perform basic hardware maintenance tasks.
- Assist with structured cabling, network rack cleanup, equipment installation, and other physical infrastructure projects.
- Configure and deploy printers, scanners, and other office technology.
- Document all completed work accurately within the PSA and ticketing system.
- Update asset records and maintain proper documentation of client equipment.
- Escalate issues outside the Tier 1 scope to Help Desk, Engineering, or Security Operations staff.
- Follow assigned dispatch schedules and respond to service requests as directed.
- Represent Quest Tech professionally and maintain positive client relationships during on-site visits.
- Adhere to company security, safety, and documentation standards. --- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client locations when assigned.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations throughout Oklahoma, primarily within the Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Stillwater areas, when assigned.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework.
- Previous IT support, field service, low-voltage, telecom, or technical customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and common office technologies.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and service documentation.
- Clean driving record.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in managed IT services, cybersecurity, or technical operations. --- Security & Compliance Requirements

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must maintain eligibility to access client facilities and systems as required.
- Must adhere to Quest Tech security, confidentiality, and acceptable-use policies.
