Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Repair Tech to oversee and perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, painting, drywall, siding repairs, and general handyman duties. As a Lead Repair Technician, you will be responsible for managing repair projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding a future team to deliver exceptional service. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform roof repairs on various roofing systems including asphalt, tile, TPO, modified bitumen, and other materials. Conduct interior and exterior painting projects with attention to detail and quality standards. Repair drywall surfaces, including patching holes, smoothing surfaces, and preparing walls for painting or finishing. Handle siding repairs on residential or commercial properties, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Address miscellaneous repair needs such as minor carpentry, sealing, or other odds & ends that arise during projects. Lead and supervise repair techs to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols. Inspect work sites regularly to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition for efficient workflow. Skills Proven experience in roofing repairs across multiple materials such as asphalt, tile, TPO, and modified bitumen. Strong proficiency in interior and exterior painting techniques. Skilled in drywall repair and finishing processes. Ability to perform siding repairs with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle miscellaneous repair tasks efficiently. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians. Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members. Knowledge of safety standards related to roofing, painting, drywall work, and general construction sites. Ability to read technical drawings or specifications is a plus.
