Harris Restoration is a growing water, fire, mold, and crawlspace restoration company serving McMinnville and the surrounding area. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working technician who wants to learn, work with a good team, and grow with the company. Qualifications below are not required, but are a bonus. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, setting up drying equipment, demolition and debris removal, mold remediation, crawlspace work, insulation and vapor barrier removal/installation, job-site cleanup, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We're looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, comfortable working in crawlspaces and confined areas, able to lift 50+ lbs, and has a valid driver's license. Restoration, construction, pest-control, or IICRC experience is a bonus but not required.
