: Job Summary

Join our team in Cranberry Township, PA, a vibrant community known for its excellent quality of life and proximity to Pittsburgh. As a factory-trained Field Service Technician, you will provide specialized machinery repairs to customers and end users.

Essential Functions

Perform mechanical repairs on equipment.

Conduct field service calls for new product start-up and equipment repairs.

Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and in person.

Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and help them understand product usage.

Address customer issues related to product usage.

Handle requests for replacing defective parts.

Collaborate with programmers and engineers on system and machine issues, ensuring fixes are received and tested.

Complete, maintain, and process relevant paperwork and records.

Assist in final testing of new products to meet quality requirements.

Travel is required - 50%.

Required Education and Experience

Technical Degree preferred with 1 - 3 years of related experience in a similar industry, or equivalent experience and training.

Competencies

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to produce essential written reports.

High-level technical evaluation skills used in troubleshooting.

Good deductive reasoning skills applied to mechanical and electrical functions.
