Job Description

Description As a Municipal Field Technician, you'll support water and wastewater transfer projects, bypass operations, and yard logistics. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role involving fieldwork, equipment maintenance, and project mobilization. Some assignments may qualify for per diem pay, depending on customer and travel requirements. This role will be based out of our Grantville, PA Yard but will travel to job sites as assigned. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and tear down pumps, generators, piping, and HDPE systems Perform preventative maintenance on field equipment and yard assets Assist with project tool-ups and mobilizations, including loading and transporting gear Operate and maintain water/wastewater transfer systems at customer sites Receive, inspect, and organize tools and inventory in the yard Track parts usage and support accurate equipment records Deliver and retrieve equipment for jobs across various locations Maintain yard cleanliness, support facility upkeep, and perform basic repairs Support quality control, layout, and project setups using design drawings Respond to equipment issues and troubleshoot in the field Follow all safety protocols and company SOPs Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean MVR 2+ years of equipment operation or mechanical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel frequently and work outdoors in all conditions Computer proficiency for tracking and reporting Prior experience in water transfer, wastewater systems, or HDPE fusion is a plus CDL, confined space training, or construction skills are highly desirable Full-Time | Field-Based | Travel Required | May include weekends or extended hours Outdoor work in all weather conditions Benefits Paid Holidays Medical / Dental / Vision coverage Health savings account (HSA) Company Paid Life Insurance and Accidental & Dismemberment Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance 401k with a company match Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Professional Development Programs Employee Referral Programs Voluntary Benefits Offered #INDHP About FieldForce Pumping & Power Solutions FieldForce Pumping & Power Solutions is a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions that specializes in equipment rentals and engineered service solutions for municipal, construction, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
