Duties Perform masonry restoration tasks including cleaning, repointing, and repairing brick, stone, and stucco with precision and care. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute detailed masonry work, ensuring structural integrity and visual excellence. Apply finishing techniques such as concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and trim carpentry to achieve seamless results. Operate equipment safely for tasks like lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for restoration work. Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving metal stud framing, roofing, stucco application, and other related trades to ensure cohesive project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on masonry or restoration projects a plus. Strong knowledge of masonry techniques including bricklaying, stonework, stucco application, and concrete finishing. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and relevant construction machinery. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and schematics interpretation is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; committed to safety standards on construction sites.
