Bathtub & Surface Refinishing Technician Advanced Resurfacing - Serving Central PA & Surrounding Areas Full-Time |
On-Site/Field Work About Us:
Advanced Resurfacing is a locally owned refinishing company specializing in bathtub, tile, and countertop resurfacing for apartments, residential homes, and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and a smooth customer experience. We are growing and currently looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bathtub Refinisher to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Prep and refinish bathtubs, showers, surrounds, sinks, and countertops Safely use spray equipment, chemicals, and coatings Perform light repairs (chips, cracks, caulking, etc.) Drive to customer locations (company vehicle provided after training) Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and office team Ensure quality standards and proper curing times are followed
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different indoor environments Valid driver's license + clean driving record required Experience in painting, resurfacing, remodeling, or trades a plus, but not required

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
