In this full-time role, you'll leverage your mechanical aptitude and technical skills to install, maintain, and repair industrial air compressor systems across a variety of environments—from factories and refineries to food processing plants and laboratories. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of industrial air compressors, air dryers, and ancillary air system equipment. Work on equipment located in diverse settings, including factories, refineries, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, dealerships, and laboratories—both indoors and outdoors. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Occasionally work overtime as required to meet client needs. Travel to client sites, with approximate 50 mile travel radius. Required Qualifications Mechanical abilities, with experience in electrical controls and/or refrigeration. Clean driving record. Ability to provide basic tools. Willingness and ability to commute to Norristown, PA 19403 (required). Ability to drive to Norristown, PA 19403 before starting work (preferred). Commitment to full-time, in-person work. Preferred Skills Previous experience with industrial air compressors is a plus, but not required—industrial mechanics without direct compressor experience are encouraged to apply. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ambition, efficiency, and a strong sense of pride in your work.
