Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Philadelphia market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes. How You'll Make an

Impact:

Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers

Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems

Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently

Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards

Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance

Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed

Communicate Ecolab's total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships

Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience

Position Details:

This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

Philadelphia, PA Work Schedule:

Wednesday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 9:00 pm + OT as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment

Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions

NoImmigration Sponsorship available for this position

Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays

Physical Requirements of Position:

Lifting 75 lbs

Pushing/pulling

Standing/bending/stooping

Working in confined spaces

Distinguishing color (tools may be accommodated)

Associate's degree or other advanced education or certifications

Previous mechanical problem-solving experience, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment repair, in industries related to foodservice, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, long-term care, and/or pool and spa What's in it

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The total compensation range for this position is $58,700 - $88,100, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
