Job Description
Field Service Technician - Paid Training | Philadelphia Area FirstLink Service Team is hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to service customer locations throughout the Philadelphia area. No banking equipment experience is required. We provide training. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, working with their hands, driving a daily route, and providing professional service at customer locations. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning on banking and physical security equipment Inspect vaults, safes, locks, safe deposit box equipment, pneumatic tube systems, and other equipment Complete site and equipment surveys Perform basic troubleshooting and minor service tasks Travel to approximately 3-5 customer locations per day Take required photos and complete service documentation Communicate professionally with customers and our operations team Maintain company tools and equipment Who We're Looking For You do not need banking equipment experience to apply. We're looking for someone who: Is mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Can work independently with minimal supervision Is dependable and shows up when scheduled Is comfortable driving throughout the Philadelphia metro area Has good communication and customer service skills Can use a smartphone and mobile applications for work orders Has a valid driver's license and good driving record Can pass required background screening Experience as a Field Service Technician, ATM Technician, Low Voltage Technician, Security Technician, Copier Technician, Vending Technician, Cable Technician, Route Technician, Maintenance Technician, Appliance Technician, or similar hands-on position is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$22.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid training Mileage reimbursement Company-provided tools and equipment Employer contribution toward medical benefits after eligibility period 401(k) with company match Paid sick time Paid vacation/PTO Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for additional hours and travel Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday Typical working hours are during normal business hours, although occasional travel or schedule adjustments may be required depending on customer needs. Service Area This position services Philadelphia and the surrounding metro area , including nearby communities such as King of Prussia, Bensalem, Norristown, Willow Grove, Conshohocken, and surrounding areas.
