Type:
full-time Forcine is seeking a self-motivated professional to join our team as a Shotcrete Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work directly under our most experienced leader and develop specialized expertise in shotcrete application, equipment and field operations. This role is designed for a technically minded construction professional with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continually learn. Through mentorship, field experience, and customer engagement, the successful candidate will progressively become a technical resource and trusted representative of the company's shotcrete expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Development & Customer Solutions Work alongside a senior shotcrete expert to learn all aspects of shotcrete operations. Develop a thorough understanding of shotcrete construction methods, materials, applications, and industry best practices. Assist customers and internal teams in identifying practical solutions for complex construction challenges. Participate in project planning discussions to help align technical solutions with customer objectives. Support technical evaluations of project opportunities and constructability considerations. Client & Business Development Support Participate in customer meetings, project presentations, and business development activities. Build trusted relationships with owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and industry partners. Assist in communicating the company's technical capabilities, experience, and value proposition. Support preparation of technical proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing content. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Estimating, Operations, Project Management, and Business Development throughout the project lifecycle. Support project teams by providing technical insight during estimating, planning, and execution. Assist with evaluating new markets, technologies, products, and construction methods that align with the company's strategic objectives. Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement Capture and document technical knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices to strengthen organizational knowledge. Assist in developing technical reference materials, case studies, presentations, and educational resources. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, constructability, innovation, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any field 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, heavy civil construction, concrete construction, geotechnical construction, or a related industry. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to understand technical construction concepts and communicate them effectively. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. Self-motivated with the ability to build relationships and earn credibility with customers and coworkers. Willingness to travel to project sites, customer meetings, and industry events. Preferred but not required Experience in estimating, project management, field operations, engineering support, technical sales, or business development. Experience working with concrete, structural repair, foundations, retaining structures, or specialty construction. Experience presenting technical information to customers or construction professionals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position will be a combination of office with sedentary work at a desk with computer use, and occasional field work with potential exposure to loud noise, moving equipment, dust and outdoor elements. Fast-paced, target-driven environment with sales deadlines and performance goals. With regular interaction with clients and project managers. The worker is exposed to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including extreme cold and heat for extended periods exceeding one hour. Factors such as wind and humidity should also be considered, as they can intensify the cold and heat. The worker is exposed to various atmospheric conditions that may impact the respiratory system or skin, including fumes, odors, dust, mist, gases, and inadequate ventilation.
