Copier Technician 3+ Years COPIER REPAIR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. No IT techs please.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining and repairing all the makes and models of the products sold by C3 Tech. Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Repair and perform preventative maintenance on the full line of black and white and color digital copiers and printers. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with each individual customer. Provide troubleshooting as well as performing installation of equipment. Will be assigned to and is responsible for an individual territory. Responsible for focusing on key productivity objectives including gross calls per day, efficiency rating, response time commitments and parts costs per call, among others. Manage and maintain accurate parts inventory. Provide support to the C3 Tech Sales Department, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Collaborate with others to provide solutions to newly found challenges and opportunities. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years copier service experience. Sharp, Canon or Epson certifications preferred. Enjoys relationship building with customers and communicating within the organization. Motivated by overcoming obstacles and finding solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to use and troubleshoot digital copiers and printers. Working knowledge for computer/networking skills and the ability to solve basic network problems. Strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member. Valid driver's license and a minimum level of auto insurance coverage will be required. Reliable transportation. (An insured company car will be available to the field service technician for work related transportation only.)
