Job Description
- $99,094.
- Install, configure and commission Bluewrist systems at customer sites, including robots, vision systems, sensors and PLC interfaces.
- Program and troubleshoot industrial robots, vision systems and automation equipment.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and partners.
- Test, troubleshoot and optimize new and existing systems.
- Support system demonstrations, trials and customer acceptance testing.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation and customer training materials.
- Coordinate project and commissioning activities with customers and Bluewrist's engineering team.
- Provide feedback from field installations to support continuous product and system improvement. Qualifications and Experience
- College diploma or university degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical or computer engineering, automation technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, field service, system integration or commissioning.
- Experience with at least one industrial robot platform, such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa or Universal Robots.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial sensors and/or machine-vision systems.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight travel.
