Description
- Execute crucial software upgrades on all platforms and specializing in complex platforms in vehicles
- Undertake troubleshooting, diagnosis, and error correction operations to address Power Management, Networking, and RF Cabling issues within the platforms
- Ensure optimal functionality and performance of systems by swiftly identifying and resolving problems in the field.
- Perform de-installation and installation of faulty or non-functioning components and or cables/wires that are identified as corrective maintenance tasks
- Perform and complete all technical Engineering Change Proposals/modifications on all platforms to ensure compliance with industry standards and optimal system performance. While leveraging expertise in technical specifications, design principles, and industry standards
- Offer superior service and customer support during on-site visits or dispatches, employing a comprehensive understanding of technical concepts and methodologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

- Must have a DoD "Secret" Security Clearance
- Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport
- Must be fully capable and qualified of OCONUS Deployment to include physically and mentally fit to process through CRC (CONUS Replacement Center)
- Must have a basic understanding of military Technical Inspection Procedures
- Must have basic understanding and experience in C5ISR networking
- Proficient with or be able to quickly learn to use a broad array of systems hardware and software.
- Excellent and efficient time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related applications.
- Able to endure extended timeframes in austere environments
- Prolonged ability to meet physical requirements of the mission ( Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Westford, MA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
