Job Description As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' equipment. This role involves extensive travel throughout North America, the Dominican Republic, and Canada, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Responsibilities Travel up to 80% of the time for service assignments. Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical issues. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Complete service and expense reports, and manage administrative tasks. Contribute new ideas, designs, and methods to improve service offerings. Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics. Utilize PLC, machine control, and ladder logic experience in service tasks. Perform analysis and advanced troubleshooting techniques, including redesign of machine components and programming changes. Essential Skills Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting aptitude. Proven history of mechanical experience. Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics. Experience with PLC, machine control, and ladder logic. Proficiency in

MS Suite:

Outlook, Excel, and Word. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-4 years of field service experience, preferably with high-speed packaging equipment. Experience with blueprints, hand tools, mechanical and electrical assembly. Familiarity with wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems. Strong customer service and social skills. Located within 45 minutes of a mid-large sized airport. Work Environment Work in a team-oriented, clean, and temperature-controlled facility. Our small-scale facility fosters a tight-knit culture, and we treat our professional skilled craftsmen with respect. We will be moving into a new building in 2027.
