Pay Range:

$19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Is this position remote or in person? Remote, techs dispatch from their home What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? See Description above What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Previous experience in field services dispatch requiring travel, hands-on experience with repair of laptops, desktops and printers What will the work schedule be for this position? 5 days 40hr a week with OT/weekends and afterhours required Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, rotation based How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1-2 years hands on is preferred Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+ is required, other manufacturer s certs such as Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark etc. are nice to have. If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23/hr How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, 50 - 150 depending on case.
