Field Service Technician

We're hiring a Field Service Technician to support and service mechanical equipment at customer locations across the U.S. This is a hands‑on role for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and delivering high‑level customer service. What You'll Do Service, repair, and troubleshoot industrial equipment Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics/blueprints Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and return equipment to safe operating condition Train customers on proper and safe equipment use Travel to customer locations as required (including overtime, weekends, or off‑hours as needed) Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams Represent the company with a strong safety and customer‑first mindset What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on repair or service experience Experience or exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics Customer‑focused attitude with solid communication skills Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for a full shift Valid, insurable driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain a CDL Must supply own hand tools Requirements High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Ability to pass a drug screen Strong attendance and reliability Commitment to safety at all times Schedule & Pay Day shift Full‑time, permanent opportunity Competitive hourly pay , based on experience Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and personal/sick time Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Long‑term career growth and advancement opportunities paid-for facility.
