Perform mechanical alignment, electrical troubleshooting, and system diagnostics. Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Assist with commissioning of PLC-controlled machinery (Siemens experience a plus). Communicate clearly with customers and internal technical staff. Document service work, machine adjustments, and performance issues. Support remote troubleshooting efforts when working from the office.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering technology, or related field preferred. Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems). Ability to diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and diagnostic tools. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning ability. Comfortable working independently in industrial environments. Strong communication skills when interacting with customers on-site. Valid driver's license and passport (required for occasional international travel).
