Job Description

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc ., a nationally recognized seismic consulting company is seeking a full-time Field Technician to join our team at our Snellville, Georgia location. As a Field Technician with Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc . you will travel to various worksites, both near Gwinnett County and surrounding areas, such as homes, construction locations, mines and other structures to conduct pre/post blast inspections, perform on-site vibration monitoring and manage installation of service equipment. www.vibratechinc.com Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Has experience using video and digital cameras. and is proficient in computer and technical skills. Experience or degree in Geology, Engineering, Construction or related field, preferred but not required. Driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation is required as you will travel in your personal vehicle to job sites.

What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct detailed pre and post-blast inspections of homes, commercial buildings/other structures Perform on-site and remote seismograph vibration monitoring at mining and construction operations Manage on-site installation, testing and troubleshooting of service technical equipment Report preparation Provide service and customer support during field visits Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization Build positive relationships with current and potential customers
