customers' truck‑mounted equipment Key Responsibilities Field diagnostics and repair for articulating cranes, truck‑mounted forklifts, conveyors, trucks, and trailers—independently and decisively. Quarterly preventive maintenance aligned to customer schedules. Annual DOT inspections and warranty service execution. Emergency and unscheduled troubleshooting during and after standard hours. Effective communication of issues, findings, and recommended repairs to job‑site and fleet stakeholders. Accurate, timely documentation: estimates, work order authorization, parts ordering/recording, labor reporting, and inventory tracking. Strict adherence to state and federal safety regulations. Uphold cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, equipment, and work areas. Qualifications Demonstrated skill in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; strong diagnostic capability; welding proficiency. Ability to work outdoors in all weather; able to sit/stand/bend/squat/crouch/reach and lift 75+ lbs for extended periods. Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience or training, focused on articulating cranes and forklifts. Proficient in English (speak/read/write). CDL in hand or obtained within 60 days of hire.
