Dash Restoration Technician We restore interior components — dashboards, gauges, radios, and trim — back to like-new condition. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented car enthusiast to join us as a Dash Restoration Technician. This is an entry-level position with real room to learn and grow within the company. What You'll Do Own the plastic dash bezel restoration process from start to finish Strip, repair, clean, and sterilize bezels in preparation for chrome plating Perform quality control checks at every step of the process Track multiple jobs in process at once and keep accurate in-process batch lists Learn the full restoration workflow with the opportunity to take on more as you grow What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and hands-on, with pride in doing careful, consistent work Comfortable learning plastic prep and repair techniques (training provided) Strong organizational skills — able to juggle several jobs in process without losing track Passionate about cars and restoration work No prior experience required — this is an entry-level role; automotive or restoration experience is a plus
