Field Service Technician Duties:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be trusted to keep essential equipment running safely and efficiently. Your work directly impacts our customers' productivity. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, aerial lifts, compactors, and other industrial equipment Identify and recommend items in need of repair. Provide superior customer service. Work safely, following all safety policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned. Three or more years' experience of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair is strongly preferred. Previous experience diagnosing and repairing in the Material Handling, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, or Diesel industries is also preferred. Must be able to read and understand wiring and hydraulic diagrams. Strong communication skills required. Must be fluent in English. Bilingual skills are a plus. Competently use mobile phone and personal computer Personal hand tools Valid Driver's License without recent major violations.
