Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and best practices. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience in a field service role or similar position. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
