networks. About the Role We're looking for a Field Service Technician in Carrollton, TX area who enjoys hands-on technical work and delivering outstanding customer support. You'll install, service, and maintain parking guidance, access control, and low-voltage IP-based systems at client sites nationwide. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in solving problems, working independently, and representing the company with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Install and configure parking guidance sensors, cameras, and networked controllers. Troubleshoot low-voltage wiring, IP/RS485 communication, and hardware issues. Performing-site maintenance, system checks, and customer training as needed. Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates, explanations, and service reports. Work closely with the support team to ensure timely issue resolution and quality service. Follow safety standards and maintain a professional, organized work environment.
