We are a leader in erosion and sediment control for construction sites providing silt fencing, soil retention blankets, inlet protection, rock berms, and other solutions.
CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Able to work in an outdoor environment
  • Able to get along with others.
  • Consistence and punctuality
  • Execute installation procedures with precision, adhering to documentation requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with the service manager on a daily basis.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance and inventory records.
  • Coordinate and performs necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Compile and submit lists of project materials and required inventory items for ordering.
  • Conduct on-site meetings with customers before installations when applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization's values.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
High School Diploma or GED 2. Valid Texas Drivers License 3. Valid Personal Auto Liability Insurance 4. A strong work ethic 5.
Work authorization/security clearance required:
