They are looking to hire an experienced Field Service Technician immediately. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with an excellent compensation and benefits package. What You'll Do Travel to customer sites to service, repair, and install industrial equipment, including balers, shredders, roll shears, conveyors, and air conveyance systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Manage your time independently while completing jobs accurately and on schedule. Build strong relationships with customers and on-site personnel. What You Need Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and/or pneumatic systems. Comfortable working independently in the field. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel overnight up to 60%. Passport or ability to obtain one. High school diploma and ability to pass a drug screen. This position requires regular travel to and from the Fort Worth office, so candidates should be comfortable with the daily commute.
