Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of Carwash equipment in various customer locations. Your technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and leadership qualities will drive customer satisfaction and ensure the optimal operation of equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with advanced systems while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Carwash equipment and related Carwash supporting equipment. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. Repair mechanical components and electrical systems, including drive motors, gearboxes, VFD, air compressors, Reclamation systems, RO. Provide clear communication with customers regarding service procedures, system operation, and maintenance recommendations. Document all service activities accurately in service reports and update maintenance logs promptly. Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during complex repairs or installations when necessary. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair and Carwash system troubleshooting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Skilled in equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and preventative upkeep strategies. Knowledge of Carwash and Carwash supporting equipment related mechanical components. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise diagnostics. Leadership qualities with the capability to guide or assist team members during service calls. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to service challenges.
