Job Description

  • Essential Functions
  • + Perform high quality water mitigation services + Water extraction + Perform demolition tasks + Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged + Place and monitor drying equipment + Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques + Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures + Establish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipment + Perform job cleanup and breakdown + Effectively lead a work crew, coach, and train technicians •Experience and Skill Requirements•+ IICRC certification + Experience in water mitigation + Always prioritize workplace and job site safety + Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance + Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.
g., crawl spaces, attics) + Take part of our on-call rotation work schedule + Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT med card for operating box trucks + Technology proficiency such as use of email, software, and apps to document jobs with photos
  • Compensation
  • Your compensation will vary by your experience level ranging from $18.00 - $27.00 per hour. This can be discussed during the first interview.
