Job Description

Key Responsibilities As an EUC Field Services Engineer L2, your primary responsibilities include: Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide second-level support for end-user computing devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral equipment. Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems, including application errors, network connectivity issues, and system configuration challenges. Deployment and Maintenance Assist in the rollout of new devices, ensuring proper configuration and compatibility with existing systems. Conduct routine maintenance and updates for end-user devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and security patches. Customer Service and Communication Maintain clear and professional communication with end-users to provide updates, guidance, and resolutions to their queries. Educate users on best practices for device usage, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Document resolutions, create guides, and contribute to the knowledge base for common issues. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Expertise Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and other enterprise-level tools. Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles for effective incident and problem management. Familiarity with imaging tools, remote support tools, and ticketing systems. A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (some positions are eligible for unlimited PTO); and 10 paid holidays per year. $51,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
