Job Description

Provide a high level of customer service for product maintenance and repair in the field and customer locations. Responsible for daily field operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong safety culture. Provide technical guidance and ensure optimal equipment performance in the field.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Technical degree or vocational training preferred Two years of field service experience in ESP systems Previous experience in artificial lift preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in remote field locations under varying conditions Maintain strong safety culture Basic math skills High work ethic, dependability, and detail oriented. Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be a team player Must be open to cross-training opportunities. Ability to work in non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop or field site Ability to stand up to 12 hours daily Ability to walk up to 12 hours daily Ability to bend/stoop up to 12 hours daily Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products. Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize system performance. Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments. Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
