Job Description
- Travel to customer locations to support field operations and service projects
- Perform inspections, maintenance, repair, and installation activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with implementing solutions
- Utilize hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assigned work
- Complete documentation and communicate project updates with internal teams
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas
- Support emergency and after-hours service activities as needed

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience using common hand tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments
- OSHA certifications
- Prior field service experience
- Military experience
- Experience mentoring or training others
