Job Description

Experienced Water Mitigation Technician, Plano, TX Looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Technician who wants to grow with a fast-growing restoration company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies. Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and equipment setup. Monitor drying progress using moisture meters and document job progress. Maintain equipment and ensure a professional job site. Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of water mitigation experience required (2+ years preferred). Texas Mold Remediation Technician Certification preferred. IICRC Certifications are required ( WRT,...) Experience with extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters. Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle to report to our Plano office. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in physically demanding environments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor $20-$24 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Overtime and after-hours emergency calls are compensated.
