Job Requirements Richardson, TX Clearance Unspecified Polygraph not specified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Responsibilities Design and create processes to assist in the installation of systems Design fixtures, tools and other items to aid in the installation of systems Develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions Specify processing and generate work instructions Assist in building and assuring the proper tools, parts and hardware are ready to ship to site for installation Perform difficult electronic, mechanical and technical assignments such as constructing, repairing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing & maintaining electronic and mechanical equipment, microwave products, electro-mechanical components, devices and systems Work from schematics, engineering drawings, wire lists, written or verbal instructions Recommend changes or modifications to improve the operation or the quality of electronic or mechanical products and equipment Determines methods, operations and sequences in setting procedures for constructing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, processing, and modifying electronic and mechanical products and equipment as required Train installation team on process controls and collaborate with Quality to meet specification Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business Qualifications Associates degree in related technology or equivalent technical training, plus 5 years related experience or the combination of training and related experience equal to 10 year.
