Job Description
AS AN INSTALLER, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Installing commercial dish machines and dispensing equipment according to approved plans and customer specifications
- Completing machine setup including fit, water connections, chemical hookups, and operational adjustments
- Ensuring job sites are clean and equipment is fully tested before leaving customer premises
- Performing preventative maintenance on installed dish machines
- Removing competitor equipment as needed
- Inspecting and testing equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with local codes
- Participating in an on-call rotation and responding to service calls as requested
- Maintaining installation truck inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Purchasing supplies and parts in accordance with company policy
- Preparing and testing equipment prior to arrival at installation sites
- Collecting customer payments and submitting accurate daily documentation
- Training assigned support personnel to become fully functional installers
- Supporting additional branch operations as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the day
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety standards and operating procedures
- Experience in installation, food service, hospitality, or service industries preferred
