• Waterproofing Technician
• Job Description
• This role seeks an experienced construction professional with a strong background in commercial waterproofing and caulking.

You will work on a wide range of projects, including schools, medical facilities, fire stations, and other commercial buildings throughout the Greater San Antonio area. The position focuses on preparing surfaces, installing sealants, performing waterproofing applications, and supporting restoration and renovation work while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

• Responsibilities
• + Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for waterproofing, caulking, and tiling applications using appropriate hand tools and construction methods.

+ Install and apply a variety of sealants and waterproofing systems on commercial buildings, including schools, medical facilities, fire stations, and other structures.

+ Perform waterproofing applications on roofs, walls, masonry, and other building components to prevent water intrusion and support long-term structural integrity.

+ Execute caulking work around windows, doors, joints, and other building interfaces to ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing.

+ Support commercial construction, restoration, and renovation activities, including exterior demolition, interior renovation, and fit-out work as needed.

+ Use hand tools, construction materials, and equipment safely and effectively to complete daily tasks and meet project specifications.

+ Collaborate with construction teams on tiling, roofing, general labor, and masonry tasks to support overall project completion.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all site safety rules and procedures.

+ Travel to different job sites throughout the Greater San Antonio area as project needs require.

+ Adhere to a consistent work schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and reliably complete assigned tasks within expected timeframes.

+ Lift, carry, and handle construction materials and tools safely throughout the workday.

+ Participate in standard onboarding screenings and comply with all job site and company policies.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
