Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician and become a vital part of helping clients recover from fire, water, mold, and other property damages. In this energetic role, you'll be on the front lines of restoring homes and businesses to their original condition, utilizing your skills in cleaning, construction, and restoration industry practices. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient, thorough service delivery while providing peace of mind to those affected by unexpected disasters. Duties Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and power tools Conduct fire restoration procedures such as soot removal, odor control, and debris cleanup with attention to detail Execute mold remediation processes following safety protocols to eliminate mold growth and prevent future issues Utilize hand tools and construction skills for repairs, demolition, and rebuilding efforts as needed during restoration projects Carry out cleaning services including carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and debris removal to restore properties to pre-loss condition Assist with asbestos abatement procedures in compliance with safety regulations when required Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress effectively with team members and clients Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred but not mandatory, willing to train. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction methods necessary for repair work Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and project tracking Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is often required; ability to travel between job sites as neededCertifications in asbestos abatement or other relevant safety training are a plus but not mandatory Embark on a career that combines hands-on work with meaningful impact!
