We are looking for an immediate hire.
What We Offer:
This role is ideal for technicians who prefer focusing strictly on hardware components-specifically Servers, and High-End Storage Systems-at times within a 4 hr time frame. Our clients include both home and business users.
The Role:
Successful candidates start their workday at home, managing their service queue and contacting clients. They then pick up components and travel to client locations, generally covering a 100-mile radius from the parts pick-up location.
Job Expectations and Requirements:
Complete and pass required Client Certifications within 3 days of hire. Complete Server and High-End Storage certifications within the timeline set upon hiring. Demonstrate strong time management skills for managing travel and on-site repair visits. Possess proven Laptop/Desktop/Server hardware repair experience. Must provide your own tools and ESD protection. Must use a computer or mobile device to receive and manage repair requests.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Must pass required certifications.
