Training will take place in Salt Lake City for a minimum of 3 months. About the role As an Image and Print Technician at Les Olson Company, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing multifunction and single-function document systems at customer locations throughout the Ogden Valley and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day work will include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. This role offers the chance to interact with a variety of businesses and individuals, making strong communication and professionalism essential. You'll represent Les Olson Company directly, providing exceptional customer service while developing your technical expertise through hands-on experience. What you'll do Travel to customer locations throughout the Ogden Valley and surrounding areas Service and repair multifunction and single-function document systems Diagnose technical issues and perform routine maintenance Ensure equipment operates at peak performance Provide exceptional customer service while representing Les Olson Company Interact with a variety of businesses and individuals daily Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Legal authorization to work in the United States Current, valid driver's license Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided for fuel and wear/tear) Professional appearance Basic computer skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong desire to develop technical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Benefits Paid Time Off Sick Days Paid Holidays 401k match + Pension Work-life Balance Full Medical, Dental & Vision + HSA Life Insurance Local Volunteer Opportunities
