We're looking for a skilled, self-motivated reconstruction technician who takes pride in the details and wants to grow into a leadership role over time. This isn't a job for someone who cuts corners. It's for someone who walks into a finished room and feels good about what they built. What You'll Do Perform high-quality reconstruction work on residential and commercial properties following damage restoration Hang, mud, tape, and finish drywall to a flawless result Match existing textures (knock-down, orange peel, skip trowel, etc.) Relay carpet and perform flooring work Handle a variety of finish carpentry and general handyman tasks Maintain a clean, organized job site and communicate clearly with the team What We're Looking For Proven experience in drywall, taping, texturing, and carpet relay A true handyman — someone who can do a little of everything and do it well High personal standards: you notice when something is off and you fix it Reliable, punctual, and professional on every job site Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required The Growth Opportunity This role has a defined path.
