Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-stakes property restoration and mitigation projects. This role allows you to develop essential leadership skills while ensuring high-quality emergency response for a fast-growing, family-owned company. You will have a clear, structured pathway to advance into a Project Manager role within 6 to 12 months. Promotions to Project Manager roles are limited to available slots, so automatic promotion is not the expectation, but readiness to step up when an opportunity presents itself is the goal for all Lead Technicians How You Will Make an Impact Lead small field crews on water mitigation, mold remediation, and demolition projects. Direct daily jobsite workflow, containment setup, and structured drying activities safely. Maintain professional communication with customers to explain restoration timelines and progress clearly. Complete daily moisture logs, equipment tracking, and job photos for strict compliance. Respond rapidly to emergency calls to protect properties and stabilize structural damage. Maintain a zero-accident environment by enforcing proper PPE usage and safety protocols. Mentor junior technicians to build a cohesive, high-performing field operations team. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction. Proven ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly in physically demanding environments. Strong communication skills necessary for managing customer relations and daily field documentation. Absolute willingness to participate in the scheduled after-hours emergency response rotation. Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance standards. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior leadership experience as a crew lead or field supervisor in property restoration. IICRC Certifications strongly preferred Familiarity with restoration software platforms such as DASH, Encircle, MICA, or Xactimate. Possession of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Professional bilingual communication skills to assist diverse field teams and clients. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay cycle with consistent overtime potential to maximize earning capability.
