Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking field technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work across a wide range of services — from carpet cleaning and painting to demolition, hauling, remediation support, and general handyman work. If you are someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Duties
  • Carpet cleaning — extracting, shampooing, and restoring carpet in residential and commercial properties
  • Interior painting — surface prep, patching, priming, and finish coat application
  • Assist with remediation work on water, fire, and mold-affected properties
  • Demolition — safe removal of flooring, drywall, fixtures, and other materials as needed
  • Hauling and disposal of debris, materials, and equipment from job sites
  • Transportation of tools, supplies, and materials between job sites
  • Light installation, removal, and repair of fixtures and appliances
  • General handyman and maintenance work including drywall repair, caulking, carpentry, and minor repairs
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment on every job site Requirements
  • Experience in any trade, service, or labor field preferred — painting, cleaning, construction, maintenance, or similar
  • Willing to train motivated, hardworking candidates with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in the field
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and perform hands-on labor throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must have access to reliable transportation for hauling and job site travel
  • Punctual, dependable, and professional on every job site What we offer

Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
