Job Description
DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and/or asbestos handling. As a member of our team, you will assess, address, and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial properties. Respond to emergency calls related to water damage, mold issues, or asbestos concerns.- Assess the scope of damage and create action plans for mitigation.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for demolition, extraction, and restoration.
- Perform thorough cleaning and restoration tasks to restore affected areas.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations during all procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status.
- Document work done and provide clear reports to management. Minimum 6 months of direct experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and/or asbestos handling.
- Experience working with hand tools and performing construction-related demolition.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in restoration and remediation.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions.
Pay:
$15.00- $20.
