Mitigation Services Technician:

We are looking for mitigation services technicians to join our team, multiple positions available. We provide top level pay with great performance incentives. Steady work schedules with on-call rotation for after-hours calls. No experience? No problem. We focus on the quality of your character and dedication to working hard for our community. We will teach you the skills to become a top performing technician. All candidates must meet these minimum requirements to be considered: Must be able to pass background check (no felonies) Must possess clean driving record Must possess reliable transportation Must be able to lift 75lbs Participate in the on-call rotation for after hours emergency service calls Ability to perform demolition work Ability to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces/attics) Must be available to work nights and weekends as part of on call rotation Ability to manage time effectively Possess strong communication skills Ability to read/write and speak English Ability to attend training classes and pass written examinations Preferred candidates will possess: Minimum 3 years of industry experience Working knowledge of water and fire damage restoration best practices Ability to learn multiple computer systems simultaneously Fluent in Spanish OR Military Experience Major duties and responsibilities: Follow appointments as scheduled by office staff Taking detailed photos and 3D scans of property Creating detailed drying reports
