Job Description, Pay Rate & Benefits:

We are seeking a skilled mechanic, that is organized and works well with a team. This role provides on-site air compressor service and repair for our highly valued customers. Reynolds provides a service vehicle equipped with parts and specialty tools. Reynolds offers a competitive compensation package:

Starting Pay Range:

$20-$24 per hour

Paid Time Off and Holidays How You'll Help Power Customers' Essential Operations:

At the end of the day, our job is to make sure customers receive excellent service and reliable follow-up to their compressor needs. You will help provide scheduled maintenance to keep their equipment in great condition. Reynolds will support your skills with specialized training on compressed air equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Schedule Preventive Maintenance at customer's place of business.
• Follow customer guidelines for on-site process and safety rules.
• Provide timely response to customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with the service team on large jobs.
• Learning the trouble-shooting guidelines for problem solving.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and safe work environment.
• Timely submission of job cards for billing.
• Reliable work schedule.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and safe driving history.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Able to regularly lift 10-50 lbs. and occasionally lift 90 lbs.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Ability to Learn our ERP system
