We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Content Cleaning & Pack-Out Technician to join our growing Fire & Contents Division. Position Overview The Content Cleaning & Pack-Out Technician is responsible for inventorying, packing, transporting, cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring customer belongings damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, and other disasters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and wants to help people during challenging times. Key ResponsibilitiesPack-Out & Inventory Carefully inventory customer contents using digital inventory systems Pack, label, and transport contents from job sites to our cleaning facility Maintain chain of custody and accurate documentation of customer belongings Photograph and document contents as required Content Cleaning & Restoration Clean and restore contents affected by fire, smoke, soot, water, and mold Operate ultrasonic cleaning equipment and specialty restoration tools Perform deodorization and specialty cleaning procedures Evaluate items for restoration versus replacement Warehouse Operations Organize contents in storage vaults and warehouse locations Prepare contents for return delivery Load and unload company vehicles safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas Customer Service Communicate professionally with customers on job sites Treat customer belongings with care and respect Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in residential and commercial environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic smartphone and tablet proficiency Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Restoration industry experience Moving, warehouse, cleaning, or logistics experience Experience with ContentsTrack or similar inventory software IICRC certifications (Fire & Smoke Restoration, Contents Processing, etc.) Forklift experience Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Paid training and career advancement Company-provided uniforms Paid holidays Earned Time Off (ETO) Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match Positive team environment Opportunities for certification and professional development Medical allowance Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently Push, pull, bend, kneel, and climb stairs Work in varying temperatures and conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Why Join Our Team?
