Level 2 certification to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inspecting, maintaining, and repairing on-site sewage systems, operating heavy equipment, and diagnosing system issues. Key Responsibilities -
Drain Field Focus:
Inspect, maintain, and repair on-site drain fields and associated septic system components Conduct inspections for property sales or routine system evaluations Diagnose and troubleshoot issues specific to drain fields Operate heavy equipment safely for drain field maintenance and installation Complete reports and documentation required for local health departments Report work performed to county through

1+ year of verifiable experience working with drain fields
WOSSA O&M
Level 2 Certification Valid CDL A and insurable under company policy Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Consent to FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a drain field or septic technician OSM Certificate with O&M Level 2 Experience using ServiceTitan Experience operating excavation equipment (Mini Kubota, etc.) Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
